Refund Policy

Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for a refund.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.

Opened or used products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Clearance or sale items unless received damaged or defective.
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
